If you want a big butt now you have to stop buying into the hype of pill buying and taking old rehash information and shock your glute muscles into high gear with some resistance.
I get so annoy with people suggesting doing squats will give you a big booty. Squats work the entire lower body. If you want to target the butt you have to trained all the muscles within the butt.
SQUATS
Give the butt shape. You’ll have to activate all the glute muscles to get a pronounce big booty.
HIGH & TIGHT (BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT WORKOUT)
This workout is a must have if you want to gain mass in your butt. Out of the 5 other workout programs but this is definitely a keeper. Giving you the 3D BIG BOOTY EFFECT. This and Leandro Carvalho”s Triangle workout cards is all I use.
Along with my other tips. I don’t use all the other Brazilian workouts because I do Kettle bell workouts this will sculpt and tighten your body with little time compare to doing cardio 5x’s a week. You can use kettle bells 3-4x’s a week.

BOOTY RESISTANCE BAND

I like this particular band because the resistance is Medium to heavy. The Brazilian Butt Lift band is yellow ( light resistance) really no challenge for those women wanting fast results to a bigger butt and round booty.
Ankle Weights
Champion Sports Flexible Adjustable Ankle & Wrist Weights – 5 lb.

All my Brazilian friends use ankle weights to get a booty that sticks out. You’ll use the ankle weights with the Brazilian Butt Lift HIGH & TIGHT WORKOUT or any floor exercise to ramp up the benefits of having a round booty.
I usually Rep out until it burns and I can’t take it anymore when using the Triangle Workout Cards or any booty exercises on my exercise mat.
STIFF LEGGED DEADLIFT
Is a compound exercise and one of the best mass building exercises for the glutes and hamstrings. You can checkout this video for proper form
REVERSE LUNGES & Butt Toning Exercises Check -out for proper form
Beginner 15-20 reps 4 sets
Intermediate 40-50 reps 4 sets
Advanced 60 reps 4 sets
If you’re using weights on the Floor exercises for butt toning:
Beginner 10-15 reps 4 seta
Intermediate 25 reps 4sets
Advanced 40reps 4sets

She still complains about the protein not having any real tasteI just tell her to add stevia. Remember the less filler and process ingredients in your food and Whey protein the more you’ll see results.She loves the tone she have alround the circumference of her toned booty.

Bigger butt without getting thicker thighs?
i've been looking for ways to get my butt bigger but they all seem to lead to the thighs getting thicker as well. I do want a bigger butt but not at the cost of my thighs get larger as well. Does anyone know any exercises that could target only my butt? thanks!
