How can I get a bigger butt, and a more toned stomach?(pics)?
My butt is sorta flat, I want a bigger one…but not a fat jiggly one.

For the abs, lie on your back and put your legs together. While lying lift your legs together and raise them *slowly* into the air until they're at a 90 degree angle with your body. You'll start feeling the burn in your abs after about 4 or 5 leg lifts.
The only way to make your butt bigger w/o putting on weight is to tone the muscles. Walking or jogging is a great start. It won't only tone the legs but all the muscles in your body.
You have an hourglass shape- you're just slim with it. You can tell coz you look like an S from the side and an 8 from the front

17-21 is the ideal range (not health wise, but ideal for guys- how they prefer their girls)
Just do crunches for your stomach and start running. You'd be surprised what it can do for your abs. Running on an incline will lift your butt, but you cant make it bigger unless you gain weight
