    Forget the foods for now- just ride a bicycle to develop thigh and butt muscles while reducing waist from burning calories. Simple sit up and crunchies will help with waist. If you're under 14- wait a couple years for body to mature and you may end up with a butt like you mother's- simple genetic tendency, some people are hippier. racial/historic family background sometimes good indication- 'Blacks' from warm African area tend to store fat in hips while upper body remains lean heat radiator- while Northern Europeans store fat in belly as extra insulation for winter. Mediterranean background , some Hispanic also hippy- see Jennifer Lopez. Food- just eat some salads with chicken and tomatoes before trying the Twinkies and fries routine, try to walk or bicycle 5 miles every other day.

    Why would you want a big butt? I think the size of your butt is more a matter of genetics, sorry! I know some are too small but I don't think there is much to do about this. I guess you could use the machines they have at Bally that work the butt to increase the muscle and this might increase the size a *little* but I doubt the difference would appear very much. With some people, the food goes right to their butt and with others it doesn't. It's just the way it is.

    LOL I don't understand for real. I mean, I did it but I don't understand what you mean, really. I used to be like a size seven or so, and I just dropped a lot of weight from working a lot and a little stress. I just made sure that I exercised my abs since I knew I wasn't eating well. But my butt was already big, I just made sure it didn't go away. So maybe if you just keep gaining weight and work out your abs or something? I don't know. If you're already overweight and you don't have a butt you must either have that cursed white girl syndrome (lol sorry not being racist but i'm just saying) or you have flat butt genes. There are no foods that go to the butt only, that doesn't make sense. I'm gaining weight right now intentionally – I eat a lot of corn starch on everything or just starchy foods period, but you'd probably be wasting your time and effort if you can't gain weight in your butt naturally. I know a lot of girls that got collagen injections but that's kind of like a last resort to them probably. People say squats but if you don't do your squats with thigh or ankle weights you're only wasting your time. Those kneeling dog exercises lift your butt but it will shrink before it grows. I think anal sex might make it grow but that could be a myth. Other than that I can't think of anything although some Jamacian girls take chicken pills.

    I would focus on the muscles. To achieve the getting skinny part and bigger bottom at the same time I would try kick boxing. What a great way to build muscle back there and lose weight. Jeanette Jenkins has a great kick boxing and butt and thigh blast video that will get you awesome "assets"!
    There is no way to send fat to a certain place.

    You have fat cells everywhere they are going to be. Either the cells are going to swell up (by overeating) or empty (by diet and exercise). That's why you see some people with toothpick legs and a huge belly or butt.

    Um nothing. If you are going to be skinny, you are going to be skinny. You can do lunges and squats to tone your butt but that is about it. Who ever told you certain foods go to your butt? That is ridiculous!

    Cosmetic surgery can increase your butt size artificially. Body shapes are genetic, so even if you become fat one day to get a big butt and slim down the next day, your butt size will also reduce.

    Where the FAT goes depends on YOUR BODY.Some people, it goes to the stomach, some the arms, some the legs, some the butt, Ect..GOSH.

    Sorry honey, it's mostly (if not all) genetics…..but you can try squats, or lunges or something to make it lift it and make it firmer.

    you cant eat foods that will go directly to your butt. im guessing you dont want a flabby booty. so try excersing your butt to get a toned butt.
